Tebogo Moalusi is a multifaceted leader, corporate professional and entrepreneur dedicated to advancing economic growth and social impact in Africa. As Co-Founder of Creative20, he champions the economic viability of the Creative and Cultural Industries (CCI) by fostering market access, cultural diplomacy, investment and global competitiveness. Concurrently, as Executive Director of Investments at Bridging The Gap Holdings, he drives strategic investments in key sectors like renewable energy, manufacturing, and agriculture to promote sustainable development. He is the Managing Director of VIEWED South Africa, a content monetisation and digital marketing agency specialising in the kids’ media and entertainment industry.
His corporate strategy expertise was refined at Santam Group, where he executed growth objectives through high-value partnerships with brands like Sanlam, PEPKOR, and Pick n Pay. A passionate advocate for Africa’s creative economy, he previously served as CEO of Fashion, Art Music Academy (F.A.M), an initiative by cultural icons including DJ Black Coffee, Nelson Makamo and Laduma Ngxokolo, where he led the establishment of a Pan-African creative business academy.
His entrepreneurial journey includes co-founding MNM Marketing Solutions with Kenny “DJ Kenzhero” Nzama and Muzi Mtshali, an agency that created iconic cultural events such as Obrigado, WhatsWrongWithGroovin and Rebirth of Cool. This diverse career is built on a strong foundation in technology and finance, with early roles at Dimension Data (NTT), managing major public sector clients, and at Investec Private Bank, where he consulted for high-net-worth individuals. He has an economics and law degree from UCT and an MBA from Gordons Institute of Business Science (GIBS).
