Gladwyn is a seasoned investment professional and entrepreneur, with a wealth of experience in management, leadership, and partnership roles across both public and private sectors. He currently holds the position of CEO at E Squared Investments, an Impact Investment Fund based in South Africa. His multifaceted experience encompasses senior leadership roles, lecturing, as well as the founding of a Peer-to-Peer (P2P) lending fintech platform and an independent business consultancy.

His career journey began at Anglo American’s enterprise and supplier development arm, Zimele. He later joined the Senior Executive team at CCI South Africa. Before his current role at E Squared, he served as a General Partner at Kingson Capital, a South African-based Venture Capital investment Firm, leading the Post-investment Management team. On the academic front, Gladwyn holds degrees from Wits Business School (WBS) and the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits).
